I am a big fan of bubblers, but sometimes with such a small size you get inferior quality and some other negative aspects. This little piece addresses all of them in spectacular fashion. Its construction is solid with high quality borosilicate glass, and the design is just as fitting. The base is nice and wide to keep it from accidentally getting knocked over, and the long thing mouth piece prevents any splash back, which is a common problem with bubblers. Now the mouth piece stem is small in diameter creating a more restricted air flow, but with a piece this size, it's actually perfect. Sure if you want big rips this piece won't do much for you, but if your just looking for a side table piece to take a spoon bowl type hit, but smoother then this piece is your ticket.
