Order Questions

How long does it take to ship my order?

We ship Monday - Friday. If you order before 3pm your order will be on its way to you the same day!

How long will it take to get my order?

Shipping transit times are dependent on shipping time of courier. Below are some general ideas of transit times.

  • North East / 1-2 days
  • South and Midwest / 3-4 days
  • West Coast / 5-6 days
  • Smaller orders that ship USPS (1-4 days)

***Orders containing butane or rubbing alcohol will take additional time as the "Department of Transportation" requires them to ship ground.

How do I track my order?

When you sign into your account you will see tracking information for your order. We also send tracking info to your email upon purchase. If you are having trouble finding it please send us a chat message with your order number and name.

What if my items show up broken or missing?

If you experience a problem with your shipment please message us immediately and we will rectify the problem right away.

What if my tracking information says my package was delivered but I didn't receive it?

If you didn't receive a package that says it was delivered please message us immediately so we can contact the shipping courier and solve the issue for you.

I was supposed to receive a discount but I didn't get it. What do I do?

We can alter billing at any time. If you believe you didn't receive a promotion you were supposed to please contact us and we will fix it for you.

What can I do if I am not happy with my order?

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact us so we can fix it. You can also fill out a return/refund request HERE.
