Obviously the first thing you notice about this piece is its unique shape. The shape doesn't really bring anything useful the the party, but it is unique and looks cool. Visually the first thing that catches your eye is the "GRAV" logo imprinted into the glass on top, and the translucent color. Visually it's a really fun and different piece. Holding the piece you quickly notice how thick the glass is. Not that I would expect anything less from GRAV, but it's a solid unit. The mouthpiece feels natural, and because of the shape, the carb on the back is easy to use too once you get used to using your index finger and not your thumb like most pieces. Does it do anything different than a normal bowl? Not really, but it's definitely unique in appearance, and it is a great solid construction.
